Delete My Account

You can delete your account and all your data directly from the Oceally app. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Open OceallyLaunch the app on your iPhone

Go to your ProfileTap the profile icon in the top right corner

Open your AccountTap your name to access your account details

Tap "Delete my account"Scroll to the bottom of the Account page

Confirm deletionYour account and all your data will be deleted immediately
Data deleted: your profile, all subscriptions, your history, and all cloud data. This action is permanent.

If you cannot access the app, send your deletion request to privacy@oceally.com with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
