Oceally is a mobile application that allows users to centralize, manage, and track their recurring expenses, subscriptions, and everyday services (streaming, music, cloud, telecommunications, energy, insurance, and similar services).
The app provides budgeting tools, expense analysis, reminders, and personal financial management assistance. By using the app, you fully accept these Terms of Use.

Oceally offers a paid plan called Oceally Pro. At the time of publication, the reference price is $3.99 per year. Features included in the subscription may evolve at any time.
Subscriptions are renewed in accordance with the rules of the download platform used (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Prices may be changed at any time for new subscriptions or future renewals, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Willy is an AI-powered assistant designed to help users analyze their spending and better understand their consumption habits. Responses generated by Willy are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice, nor any investment recommendation. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.
Access to Willy is included in the Oceally Pro subscription. To ensure service stability and availability, each Pro subscriber currently has a quota of 200 requests per calendar month. Once this limit is reached:
Oceally reserves the right to modify at any time the quotas, limitations, available features, and access terms for Willy. These changes may be driven by technical, economic, security, or third-party cost reasons.
Oceally does not guarantee permanent availability of Willy. The service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents, or third-party provider outages.
You remain solely responsible for the information you enter in the app. You guarantee that the data entered is lawful, does not infringe on third-party rights, and does not contain unlawful content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of amounts, subscriptions, prices, due dates, and other information you enter.
All elements of Oceally — including the name, logo, texts, interfaces, graphics, features, databases, and visual elements — are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, extraction, distribution, or exploitation is prohibited.
To improve the user experience, Oceally may display the names, brands, or logos of services, products, or companies referenced by users. These brands and logos remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes only.
Oceally has no partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with the brands or companies concerned, unless explicitly stated. If a rights holder believes that a logo, brand, or protected element is used without authorization, they may submit a request to: nologo@oceally.com. Oceally will remove the element as soon as possible and at no cost after verification.
All information, estimates, statistics, charts, analyses, recommendations, and results displayed by Oceally are provided for informational purposes only. Oceally does not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered amounts, third-party pricing, the relevance or completeness of generated analyses, or the absence of errors in calculations or charts.
Analyses, projections, comparisons, and recommendations generated by Oceally or Willy are exclusively indicative and do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, legal advice, or investment recommendations. You remain solely responsible for verifying information and decisions made based on app results.
Oceally provides its services "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oceally does not guarantee the absence of errors, absolute data accuracy, permanent service availability, or suitability for any particular user's needs.
Oceally shall not be liable for: poor financial decisions made by the user, encoding errors, differences between displayed and actual prices, data loss attributable to the user, temporary service interruptions, third-party provider unavailability, or indirect damages, financial losses, or lost expected savings.
Oceally's total liability, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
Oceally reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in cases of fraud, abuse, attempts to circumvent limitations, violation of these Terms, or behavior threatening platform security. Suspension may occur without prior notice when the security of the service requires it.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Oceally's Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR provisions within the European Union.
You may stop using the app at any time. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, unless required by law. Subscription cancellation is managed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on the platform used.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels, unless a mandatory legal provision provides otherwise.
