When you create an account, we may collect:

• Authentication provider identifier (Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In)
• Firebase User ID

Subscription Information
Oceally stores information related to subscriptions you add or import, including:

• Subscription names and categories
• Billing amounts and renewal dates

Analytics and Diagnostics
To improve the application, we may collect anonymous usage information through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. This information does not personally identify you.

• Detect and import subscriptions using supported import methods
• Provide AI-powered insights through Willy

4. Data Storage

• Locally on your device
• In Apple's iCloud services when synchronization is enabled
• In Firebase Firestore for account and synchronization purposes

Access to your data is protected through authentication mechanisms and security rules designed to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Gmail Import Feature

Oceally offers an optional Gmail Import feature designed to help users automatically identify and import subscription-related information.

When you explicitly authorize Gmail access:

• Oceally reads only emails that may contain subscription information, such as receipts, invoices, payment confirmations, or renewal notifications.
• Gmail data is used exclusively to identify active subscriptions and assist with importing them into Oceally.
• Oceally does not modify, send, delete, or alter emails in any way.
• Email content is not sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.
• Gmail access can be revoked at any time through your Google Account settings.

Oceally's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

6. AI Features

Oceally includes optional AI-powered features through Willy. When using these features, limited subscription-related information may be processed to generate insights, recommendations, and savings opportunities. AI requests are designed to minimize personal information whenever possible.

7. Third-Party Services

Oceally may use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication
• Firebase Firestore
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Sign in with Apple
• Google Sign-In
• Google Gmail API
• Anthropic Claude API

Each provider maintains its own privacy practices and policies.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

• Face ID and Touch ID protection (when enabled)

However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
